The Ultimate Travelling Camp offers a sophisticated canvas-top safari experience in the heart of Bandhavgarh. Our luxury tented camp, called The Untamed Bandhavgarh, is an ideal base from where you can explore the beauty of this forest. Tastefully designed and fully equipped, each tent comes with a private sit-out, as well as butler service. Vast and elegant, each tent has large netted windows, a writing desk with stationary, and fresh, crisp linens. En-suite bathrooms have their own shower cubicle, with hot and cold running water, a hair dryer, and ayurvedic toiletries. Spacious wardrobes include a safe, and also comes with thoughtful amenities like bedroom slippers, eye masks and ear plugs. Guests can also avail laundry services. Each tent also has its own mini-fridge, as well as tea and coffee making facilities.

Game Drives into Bandhavgarh National Park (Valid from 01st October 2022 till 30th June 2023)

Above game drive rates are subject to current GST of 5%. Subject to change without prior notice.

Game drives are confirmed through the Forest Department and TUTC cannot guarantee entry into the Park or in any specific zone. Nonetheless, please rest assured that we will do our best to confirm your game drive(s).

In order to confirm game drives, we will require copies of your passport and / or other valid government Ids’ recognized by the Government of India.

Advance bookings for game drives have to be made at least 120 days prior to arrival and we request you to apprise us of your requirements as early as possible in order to confirm these.

Game Drive booking will only be processed on receipt of 100% payment and photo I’d copies. In case, an advance booking request is not successful, the current booking charges will be applicable & shall be notified accordingly and are to be paid 60 days before arrival in order for us to move ahead with the booking.

Game Drives once reserved are 100% non-refundable & non-transferable.

Entry into Bandhavgarh National Park is regulated by the Department of Forests of the Government of Madhya Pradesh. The rates above are as per current Forest department rate structure. Any significant change in the rates by the Forest department may lead to a change in the rates & shall be communicated accordingly.

Games Drives are conducted in a 6-seater Gypsy 4x4 jeep.

We recommend booking 3 seats for 2 persons in order to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable game drive experience.

All rates mentioned above are subject to the Terms and Conditions mentioned thereof and below.

Taxes will be applied as per the Government regulations and will be applicable at the time and duration of the stay and on usage of facilities.

Our standard check in time is 12:00 hours and check out time is 10:00 hours.

Early check-in and late check-out are offered subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in the reservation must be made for the night prior to arrival.

Bill to company / voucher guarantee is not applicable for The Ultimate Travelling Camp.

The rates quoted herein, may not be published in any promotional material, brochure or any online channel, unless they form a part of a package including travel arrangements, sightseeing etc.

Booking Terms: The Ultimate Travelling Camp are bound to honour bookings only when a confirmation is issued in writing through email with payment of the initial deposit, as per our guarantee policy outlined below.
