RAAS offers a collection of four unique properties located in Jaipur, Jodhpur, rural Rajasthan (Chhatrasagar) and close to the magical city of Udaipur (Devigarh). Each of our hotels is imbued with a rich history, brought bang up to date with a modern aesthetic and eco-minded approach. We are renowned for taking some of India’s finest heritage properties and transforming them into iconic places to stay for the contemporary world traveller.

Each of RAAS’ 4 pet-friendly hotels are distinctly different from the other, offering experiences, within and outside of the property, which are thoroughly unique to them. RAAS Jodhpur is an artsy enclave that merges an 18th-century Marwari haveli with 21st-century architecture – within the walled city. RAAS Devigarh is a plush but minimal fort palace at a secluded spot in the Aravalli mountain range, 25 km from Udaipur. RAAS Chhatrasagar is a tented camp on a reforested 1,500-acre birder’s paradise, by the shore of a massive reservoir, 110 km from Jodhpur. And Rajmahal Palace RAAS Jaipur, the newest member of RAAS hotels, is an eclectic space within Jaipur’s beating heart that plays its regal card minus the stiff upper lip.

Sustainability, community investment and conservation are key brand pillars and not just catch phrases at RAAS. For instance, 70 percent of the material used and labour employed to build RAAS Jodhpur came from within a 30km radius of the property. RAAS Devigarh renovates and maintains government-run schools in its vicinity. RAAS Chhatrasagar is the only property in Rajasthan that’s taken on the mantle of rewilding and maintaining a massive private wildlife reserve. The reservoir it borders irrigates large tracts of agricultural land on which grow crops like wheat, cotton and chilli.

The listed rates are per night/package on single/double occupancy. The room cannot accommodate three adults.

The check in time is 1400hrs and check out time is 12 noon. Early check-in/ late checkout is subject to availability upon booking.

Rooms will be confirmed subject to availability.

The offer cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing promotional offer.

We reserve the right to make available some rooms on public rates/non-refundable promotions through direct channels including our own websites.

We reserve the right to modify or change the special rates offered based on exceptional circumstances

A confirmed/guaranteed reservation in any hotel cannot be substituted or transferred to any other reservation/hotel. Any amendment/cancellation in the itinerary or hotels used will be treated as a fresh reservation request. In such cases, we reserve the right to review the accommodation status and applicable rates. The above shall incur cancellation charges as applicable.

These rates are not transferable to third parties in any manner. In such cases the special rates offered will stand withdrawn

All guests, whether travelling as FIT or part of a group, are required to sign the guest registration cards upon check-in at the hotels.

The hotel reserves the right to carry out any renovation(s) and up-gradation(s) as it deems necessary at any point of time. Members will be informed about the same at the time of booking

The hotel reserves the right to amend, modify, supplement and add any term and condition to this agreement, should a situation as such arises.

Blackout dates: Christmas/New Year Festival (22nd Dec 22 – 7 th January 23) for all properties, JLF at Jaipur (19th– 23rd Jan 23) and Sufi Festival at Jodhpur (9th – 12th February 23).

Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellation made up to 30 days of arrival, 100% refund will be made. for Festival period the cancellation policy is 90 days.

Any cancellation/amendment (non-festival periods) between 29 days to 14 days of arrival, will incur a 50% cancellation charge of the total room billing. No shows and cancellations/amendment made 0-13 days in advance, will incur 100% charge of the booking.

COVID 19: Any guests who cancels due to COVID 19 with valid documentation, will be considered non-refundable and will be offered a 9-month credit period only.

Extra bed/Child policy:

RAAS Devigarh / RAAS Jodhpur / Rajmahal Palace RAAS Jaipur:

Accepts maximum 2 adults and 1 child up to 12 years of age.

In case there is no requirement of an extra bed requirement for a child between age 6-12, there will be an additional charge of INR 2,500 + 18% GST

Extra bed (mattress bed or sofa-bed) is applicable for a child between 6-12 years of age at supplement cost at INR 3,500 + 18% GST inclusive of breakfast

RAAS Chhatrasagar:

Guests travelling with kids, to be offered family tents. Kids tent attached to the luxury tent with 2 extra beds for the kids under 18 years of age.
